When you run a campaign, we collect the website or LinkedIn URL you enter, the guest profile we derive from it (including any edits you make), your email address, the sender name and calendar link you provide, the pitches written for you, and every reply we receive on your behalf.
To find and contact podcast hosts on your behalf, we also collect podcast host contact details from public sources (podcast feeds, show websites, and guest-application pages). This host contact information is never shown to you and is used only to run your campaign — see our Terms of use for more on how campaigns work.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to keep the service secure and to understand usage.
We use information to run your campaign, respond to support requests, send transactional communications (payment confirmations, campaign updates, reply notifications), and detect abuse or fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run Guestwire, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing that service:
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it by law.
